Our After school program provides a safe environment for children to develop.  Our after School Martial Arts Program is the best in the state of Maryland.  Our program surpasses all other in instilling respect, discipline, and leadership within our students.

The students are taught martial arts, tumbling and acrobatics, and Mandarin Chinese in a program that has no rival.  We are not a child-care facility.  We believe that our program and instructors actually puts us a step above and in a class all by ourselves.

Our environment is structured into classes and training modules that allows you to choose programs by the day, session, week, or month.  Check out our wonderul schedule:

Tumbling & Acrobatics Class 
Instructor: Coach Gniviri Turner 2:30—3:30 PM ($10/day)
Students are taught the basics and includes strength training. They graduate to learning various tumbling skills with the help of our trampoline and various training 
apparatus.

Martial Arts Class
Instructors: Shifu David & Shifu Denard 3:30—4:30 PM ($15/day)
Students are engaged in challenging drills designed to improve their ability to focus and maintain their martial arts discipline.  Students compete at various tournaments through out the year. The focus gained through this class is an invaluable tool that our students use to excel in school.  The majority of the students in this program become honor roll students.  We keep the report cards handy to prove it.  

Nutrition Class
4:00—4:30 PM ($10/day)
Students are taught how to make various healthy snacks and fruit smoothies using healthy ingredients.  Students learn the nutritive qualities of various foods as they are encouraged to make healthy food choices.  They learn that food is fuel and learn to seek the best for their developing engines called their body.

Academic Session
Instructors: Various Team of  School Teachers  4:30—5:30 PM ($15/day)
Students are given the opportunity to complete their homework. Additional tutoring is offered on an individual basis at different rates.

Mandarin Chinese
5:30—6:00 PM ($15/day)
These classes are extremely fun and popular with the students. Students learn conversational phrases and exchanges of general greetings.  Since they get to use these newly learned conversational skills in their interaction at Chinese restaurants, international exchange events, and with the many Chinese Nationals in the community.  This program teaches children  and allow them to see the benefits of developing their memory skills and knowledge in general. It is through this class that they gain an immeasurable respect for learning new things since they get to apply skills to the enjoyment of their

We offer private lessons both at our school and off site.
